Firm Profile:

Carnevale Eustis Architects, Inc. is a small, personalized architectural firm located in historic Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The firm was formed in 1997 to provide excellent design solutions and customer service to our clients.  We are certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE).  The firm’s two partners, Tom Carnevale and Lauren Eustis, are both registered architects in Pennsylvania, are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and have earned LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) credentials.

We are committed to the preservation and adaptive reuse of existing structures and the design of new structures that respect the land.  Both partners strongly believe in sustainable design.

Carnevale Eustis Architects, Inc.was awarded a 2002 Business Achievement Award by the Phoenixville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Thomas W. Carnevale has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University and studied architecture in Florence, Italy. He has lived and worked in this region since 1986. He is the former Chairman of the Phoenixville Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) the former Chairman of the Phoenixville Planning Commission, and a former board member of the Phoenixville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Lauren Eustis has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has lived and worked in Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1990. She is a past board member of the Phoenixville Main Street Program and the Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area. She served on the Phoenixville Zoning Hearing Board and was a founding member of ALL ABOUT TREES, a street-tree preservation group.

2008 Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia ~ Grand Jury Award for the restoration of the Phoenixville Foundry Building.

2005 Pyramid Award ~ from the Home Builders Association of Delaware & Chester Counties for best residential renovation under $250,000.

Environmental Design and Construction Magazine ~ 2005 honorable mention for Camphill Village Kimberton Hills 'Top of the Hill' building cluster

2005 PennFutures Green Energy Award ~ for the design of a solar building at Camphill Village Kimberton Hills.
