We are currently working with the Phoenixville Public Library Foundation on the Phoenixville Public Library expansion project. We are also designing a renovation and addition for the new Carousel at Pottstown.

 

Phoenixville Public Library Expansion
Phoenixville, PA

The current Phoenixville Public Library, including the 1901 Carnegie building and later addition requires a substantial expansion to meet the current and future needs of the community. We are proposing a 23,000 s.f. addition and an overall renovation, which respects the existing historic structure and enhances the Library’s proximity to neighboring Reeves Park.

Carousel at Pottstown
Pottstown, PA

Located at the western gateway to downtown Pottstown, an abandoned former welding warehouse is to be transformed into the new home for a fully restored historic carousel. The renovation will highlight the carousel, provide additional space for birthday parties, conferences and weddings, as well as utilize “green” building practices.
