Located on a prominent corner in Phoenixville's historic district, Molly Maguires Restaurant & Pub opened to the public in September 2007. The year before, Declan Mannion & Conor Cummins purchased the former pharmacy turned newsstand with the intent of transforming the property into a destination restaurant with outdoor seating.

We were able to assist them in creating a restaurant that highlights existing features of the original structure while functioning as a focal point to the continued revitalization of Phoenixville's downtown.

New storefronts were added at the street level while existing windows above were maintained. A rear kitchen addition was built with a rooftop deck that provides more seating and a view of the historic Foundry building, which is located nearby.

The second and third floors of the corner building were renovated into party rooms and overflow dining rooms.

Since opening, Molly Maguires has become a favorite spot in downtown Phoenixville.
