Carnevale Eustis Architects, Inc. was formed in 1997 with the objective of providing excellent design, innovative solutions and superior customer service to clients. Carnevale Eustis Architects bring diverse sensibilities and a wealth of experience to projects of a variety of scopes and missions.

Lauren Eustis and Tom Carnevale, both registered architects in Pennsylvania, are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and have earned LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) credentials.

Since 1997, Carnevale Eustis has provided pro bono architectural services for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County. The firm has collaborated on over one-hundred homes for low-income families in need of decent, affordable housing. Almost all of the skilled labor is donated from individuals & organizations in the community and Carnevale Eustis is proud to contribute our time and services to Habitat for Humanity.

The firm's many projects can be seen throughout the Delaware Valley region in and around Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Thomas W. Carnevale earned his degree, Bachelor of Architecture, from Syracuse University and studied architecture in Florence, Italy. Carnevale has lived and worked in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1986 and currently sits on the board of The Clinic and is Vice Chairman of the Phoenixville Planning Commission.

Lauren Eustis earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has lived and worked in and around Chester County, Pennsylvania since 1990. She is a past board member of the Phoenixville Main Street Program and the Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area. Eustis has served on the Phoenixville Zoning Hearing Board and was a founding member of All About Trees, a street-tree preservation group in the Borough of Phoenixville. She currently serves on the board of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation and the Phoenixville YMCA's Parents Aquatics Club.
